1. Agreement and eligibility

These Terms govern access to the Amide Club website and purchases from Amide Club. By using the site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. Purchasers must be at least 21 years old, legally able to enter a contract, and acting for lawful research purposes.

2. Research-use restrictions

All products are supplied strictly for controlled laboratory or in-vitro research. They are not offered for human or veterinary administration, consumption, diagnosis, treatment, or any personal use. You agree not to market, relabel, or represent them for a prohibited purpose.

3. Accounts and accurate information

You are responsible for safeguarding account credentials and for providing current billing, shipping, contact, and eligibility information. You are responsible for activity conducted through your account unless prohibited by law.

4. Orders, prices, and payment

An order is an offer to purchase and is not accepted until Amide Club confirms or fulfills it. We may refuse, limit, or cancel orders for availability, pricing error, payment, fraud, compliance, or safety reasons. Prices, availability, promotions, and product formats may change before an order is accepted.

5. Discounts, boxes, and subscriptions

Promotion terms displayed at checkout control eligibility and combinations. Build a Box, volume pricing, gifts, and subscription savings may have minimum quantities, product exclusions, or renewal terms. Subscription frequency, price, modification, and cancellation information is shown before purchase and in the customer account where available.

6. Product information

We work to keep titles, formats, images, specifications, and batch documents accurate. Minor presentation differences may occur, and analytical results are batch specific. Website content does not create a warranty or authorize a use outside the label and these Terms.

7. Shipping, title, and returns

Shipping options and estimated charges are shown at checkout. Carrier timing is outside Amide Club’s direct control after handoff. Returns, damaged shipments, address changes, and cancellations are governed by the Shipping & Returns policy.

8. Intellectual property

Amide Club names, logos, product presentation, site design, text, graphics, and software are owned by or licensed to Amide Club and may not be copied, republished, or commercially exploited without permission, except where law allows.

9. Prohibited conduct

You may not interfere with site security, scrape or automate access in a harmful manner, submit fraudulent orders, infringe rights, distribute malware, or use the site or products for an unlawful or unauthorized purpose.

10. Disclaimers and liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the site and products are provided on an “as available” basis except for express written commitments. Amide Club is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss arising from misuse, unauthorized use, carrier events, or site interruption. Non-waivable consumer or statutory rights remain unaffected.

11. Privacy and changes

Our Privacy Policy explains how personal information is handled. We may update these Terms by posting a revised version and effective date. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.
